The service
We crop and resize the photo you provide to the dimensions published for the document you select, and deliver a digital file (and, if purchased, a 4x6" print sheet).
No guarantee of acceptance
We format your photo to the published spec; acceptance is decided by the issuing authority. Requirements change and officials may apply rules we cannot check automatically (expression, lighting, glasses, shadows, photo age). Always compare with the official source linked on each page.
Your responsibility to check the requirements
Photo rules differ between countries, documents, embassies, consulates, visa centres and application channels, and they can change without notice. Before you buy, and again before you submit your application, you are responsible for checking the current requirements that apply to your specific application with the issuing authority, and for confirming that your photo meets them. The requirements and links shown on this site are provided for convenience only and may be incomplete or out of date.
No liability for application outcomes
We only crop and resize your photo to the dimensions shown for the document you select. We are not responsible for, and will not compensate you for, any application, visa, passport, permit or other document being rejected, delayed or refused, or for any resulting losses, such as government or visa fees, appointment, travel or accommodation costs, or missed travel. Whether a photo is accepted is decided solely by the issuing authority.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is", and our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service or your order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot be excluded or limited under the law that applies to you.
No alteration of your appearance
We do not retouch faces or replace backgrounds. For documents whose authority forbids digital alteration, we only crop and resize proportionally.
Your content
You must have the right to use the photo you upload. You keep all rights to it; we use it only to provide the service and delete it as described in the privacy policy.
Payments
Payments are processed by Dodo Payments as merchant of record, and their terms also apply to the transaction. Prices are shown before checkout.
Right of withdrawal (digital content)
Your files are digital content that we make available for download immediately after payment. If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you would normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. Before you pay, we therefore ask you to confirm: “I ask for my download to be made available immediately after payment, and I acknowledge that I lose my 14-day right of withdrawal once it is made available.” You cannot pay without ticking that box. Your right of withdrawal ends once the download is made available to you. We record the time of your consent and include it in the order confirmation you can save from your order page. This does not affect the refunds described in our refund policy, or any other rights you have by law.
Complaints and grievance officer
If something went wrong, you can claim a full refund yourself within 14 days of payment, up to 3 refunds per email address (see the refund policy), or email us at support@visaphotos.app with your order ID. Our grievance officer is Ayush (Owner), Studioarjuna, Govind Nagar, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India, reachable at the email address above. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring proceedings in its courts.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown when you place an order applies to that order.
